Adaptions and refurbishment of existing property to suit a disabled person and family.

The project included addition of a ground floor extension to accommodate a therapy room bedroom bedroom for disabled individual. XY Hoists were also installed to enable the end user to have access to the new therapy room, en suite and bedroom. associated specialist rise and fall baths were also installed.

The Family accommodation was also extensively remodeled to allow for full disabled access and new kitchens, utility room etc. fitted. Existing external openings where replaced with level threshold openings to enable full and easy wheelchair access.

The external areas were landscaped and new driveway and ramps installed to the property. A raised timber decking area was formed to the rear of the property to enable level wheelchair access to the garden that was also cleared and remodeled.

A new metal framed car port was also constructed to the side of the property to enable the end user to access the property in the dry during inclement weather conditions.
