Our client appointed us to assist with the development of the pre-construction phase design to assist and advise on building materials taking due consideration for initial capital expenditure and lifecycle of the materials selected.

The owners had Scandinavian connections so the building had significant influence from Scandinavia, both in architects and material selection.
