Extensive experience of quantity surveying and project management has been gained through the involvement in all sectors of the construction industry including new build, refurbishment, social housing, commercial, civils & residential projects.
The Quantity Surveying team will guide and advise from initial pre contract discussions, providing budget costs for the proposed project through to final account and completion.
If required, Gleave Associates will remain involved in the full design and specification process, liaising with architects and engineers to monitor costs and provide value engineering where necessary.
